Monthly Plans
- The 2-month minimum commitment is non-refundable once campaigns are live
- After the minimum term, cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no refunds for the current month
- If we fail to go live within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form, you are entitled to a full refund of your first month
One-Time Projects
- Before work begins: full refund
- After first draft delivery: 50% refund
- After final delivery: no refund
Ad Spend
Ad budgets paid directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms are outside our control and not refundable through Eryx & Co.
