Our Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with Eryx & Co. services. Here is our clear and transparent refund policy.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your service continues until the end of the billing period.
- No mid-cycle refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
- First-month guarantee: If you are unsatisfied after your first full month of service, contact us within 5 days of your second billing date and we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment.
One-Time Projects (Website Design & Branding)
- Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before we commence work.
- After first deliverable: 50% refund if you cancel after receiving the first draft.
- After final delivery: No refund once the final deliverable has been approved and delivered.
Ad Spend
Ad budgets paid directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms are not refundable through Eryx & Co. Those funds are held by the respective advertising platforms and subject to their own refund policies.
How to Request a Refund
