Terms of Service — Eryx & Co.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing eryxnco.com or subscribing to any Eryx & Co. service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Eryx & Co. provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management, social media management, content strategy, website design, and branding. Services are delivered as described in the package you select at time of purchase.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the same date each month
One-time project fees are due upon project commencement
All prices are in USD
Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information during onboarding
Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
Respond to requests within 3 business days
Ensure ad budgets are funded separately from service fees

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created for you become your property. Eryx & Co. retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eryx & Co. does not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns. Digital advertising performance depends on many variables outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in which a dispute arises.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
