Terms of Service — Eryx & Co.

1. Acceptance

By using eryxnco.com or subscribing to any Eryx & Co. service, you agree to these Terms.

2. How Billing Works

All plans require the first month's payment before work begins
Monthly plans require a 2-month minimum commitment
Billing is monthly, on the same date each month
One-time projects are invoiced in full at commencement
All amounts in USD, processed via Stripe or PayPal

3. What You Get

We deliver the services described in your chosen plan. Scope is defined at purchase. If your needs change, we can adjust your plan for the next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

After the 2-month minimum, cancel anytime with 30 days written notice to info@eryxnco.com. Your plan continues through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate onboarding information
Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms within 48 hours of subscribing
Fund ad budgets separately — we manage them, but they are billed directly by Google/Meta
Respond to our requests within 3 business days to avoid delays

6. Ownership

Upon full payment, all deliverables belong to you. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Marketing results depend on many variables. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the disputed month.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
